01 Introduction & Scope

03 Age Verification & Identity Check

GK332 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. This platform is not available to anyone under the age of 18.

After registration, GK332 may request the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport.

• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).

• Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed — please make sure before confirming.
• If a match is abandoned or has no result, the bet will be void and your stake will be refunded.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (such as those resulting from a typo) may be voided.
• If a connection is lost during live betting and the bet was successful, it will still be counted.

07 Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GK332 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Running multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Making payments using another person's mobile banking account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

09 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

GK332 may suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request.

Before closing an account, GK332 will notify the member via SMS or email — however, in cases of fraud, the account may be closed without prior notice.

• If the member voluntarily shares their account details with a third party.
